Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed contract.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before the event date. For bookings made close to the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Client Cancellations: If the client cancels the event, the refund policy applies as follows:
   • Before the event: Partial refund minus the deposit.
   • Close to the event date: No refund.
2. Company Cancellations: If Shaabaz Wedding and Events needs to cancel the event for any reason, a full refund will be provided, including the deposit.

Service Modifications

1. Changes by Client: Any changes to the booked services must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply.
2. Changes by Company: Shaabaz Wedding and Events reserves the right to make changes to the services if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client promptly.

Liability

1. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for the event.
2. Company Liability: Shaabaz Wedding and Events will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or guests during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Privacy Policy

Shaabaz Wedding and Events is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
